Had blood tests here, 3rd attempt across 3 different pharmacists. Finally found a pro! Can not recommend any higher. Found the vein with no issues, got there it first time and I was in and out, barely any wait. Great phlebotomist!

They are nice, warm people who try really hard. It would be great if they could communicate when prescriptions are finally in stock though.

I have booked vaccinations a week before, on the sat I booked it's show availabe and let me process booking, when I turned up the pharmacy is closed left me nowhere to go, tried to called not even a chance to leave message.what a waste of time and left, please sort out your service for patients

Be on time and leave on time! isn't that the case with appointment? Well most folks will agree with me on this one. Basically it took me 22mins from my address to Allesley Pharmacy and because it was the first time I was going there after securing a date and time for my appointment online. ?"Tip" Do not call to find out which or when you can get any appointment. I know the doctor's referral note will suggest a number to call but Online booking services are the fastest way to go. ?. Now back to the story of my life ? like I mentioned it was my first time to actually go to Allesley, though it wasn't far away from me I did what the driving theory mug test tells us to do before a trip. I kept enough room( time) for the drive to Allesley. Amazingly I got there in exactly 25mins as my GPS suggested. So I was basically early for my appointment by 1hr. However as it is clearly stated in the mobile text or mail sent to you by the pharmacy, you shouldn't be early to your appointment no earlier than 5minutes to time, I had to wait until it was 5mins to my appointment time. To think it took me hours from my booking to getting and appointment combined! this is the awesome part of this experience, I only spent 5minutes to get all my test samples collected, and the staff lady who was so professional said you can go now. Your results will be sent to your doctor ?. I was so surprised that was all it took. Now my point is, if you are time conscious and pay attention to value for time! then you should consider booking your appointments at Allesley Pharmacy. Note! this write up is not meant to spike any negative thoughts about other similar practices. Please if it Helped you share,like and comment so I can improve.

What a great team. My mum had forgotten to order her prescription and was out of what she needed. The pharmacy couldn?t have been more helpful and managed to organise everything before the end of the day. Proper old fashioned good customer service delivered with smile. Thank you!!

I was booked in for my usual blood test. I was met by a gentleman who said I needed a blood pressure check before my test. Very odd I thought. Actually there was no requirement for a blood test it quite rediculous. It was a very deceptive way in which to obtain my personal information off my blood test form and enter it into his computer.\\nI questioned him and he became quite nervous I asked him to refrain from using my personal information. From now I shall go elsewhere.

The wife and myself had our COVID jabs today after weeks of been let down at other places,went on line Friday and booked the 2 of us in on Monday .no fuss or queue and all done 10 mins before our time thank you very much,and no side effects yet
