10/10 service through the entire process, purchasing my new ST-LINE X, Tom was very helpful with helping me find a car suitable for me, excellent seller. He sent me a great video of the car when it arrived which was a very nice touch. Also manager Alex helped me pick and choose my car that I have now and couldn?t be happier with it, great manager. The handover off the car was easy with a very pleasant experience. Overall could not fault the staff working at Allen Ford Coventry highly recommend. I have been driving the car for a week or so and couldn?t be happier with how it looks and drives.

I recently purchased a car from Allen ford Coventry with Paul T as my Sales Rep and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I indicated my interest on The website to the day i walked into the showroom, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were attentive and knowledgeable. Paul guided me through the entire process with professionalism and patience, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had.The service delivery was outstanding, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire purchasing journey.The car itself exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my decision and all extra freebies added to my purchase. I highly recommend Allen Ford and Most of all Paul ( the guy knows his onions) to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I went into Allen Fords knowing I wanted to change my Kuga for a newer one. Wasn't sure if to but new or used. With the help of Tom I found a Used kuga eith little mileage for a good price. I signed the papers within an hour and I was happy with the service I received.

Absolutely abysmal service. Car was booked in over a month prior to have its yearly mot and service. They came and collected the car late, then I get a phone call back a bit later to say they couldn?t do the mot due to an absence and it would be done in the morning of the next day. I call the next day as I?ve had no correspondence or contact with them To find out that they rushed my car through , failed the mot without the usual call I get to ask if I want anything fixed; also never looked at anything I asked them to look at. They were happy to send my car back with a mot failure knowing I?m disabled and wouldn?t be able to use it. The guy on the desk Alex wouldn?t put me though to a manager like I asked and I?m still waiting for the car to be sorted. I am disabled and this car is my lifeline. To be treated so bad by this company is a first and the last. I have used this company for over 14 years and I am extremely disappointed and upset due to the lack of customer service, to be treated like this has affected my future visits

Went to Allen Ford Coventry for a new Motability vehicle. I spoke to the Motability expert Joe, he was marvellous!! made the whole process easy and straight forward. Lovely guy and has real empathy with disabled clients. I would highly recommend Ford cars and Joe! Love my new Ford Focus estate ?
