I can only describe Adam and Tracy as two angels sent from above.Tracy heard the distress in my voice and booked me in to see Adam on the same day.Adam was so thorough with my eye examination and advised treatment for a persistent eye infection. He has booked me in for a follow up appointment too.I cannot sing Adam and Tracy?s praises highly enough.Thank you for your kindness and for listening.

The professional, empathic, kind, community-spirited service and care I received here was like nothing I've experienced before. I made an appointment after an unannounced and unexpected emergency with no idea what was happening to me and I felt assured and cared for and I was put on the right track to recovery straight away. After being seen by the gp for an issue, the gp advised I see an optician. Called this place up and got me in the same day. After doing all his test to find out a couple of issues one being field loss in both eyes. I do suffer from a pituitary tumor. He wrote a letter which I gave to my gp. From all of this I have been in hospital having an mri and I have been referred to the eye clinic. In the past I have been seen yearly by a well known opticians which have never picked up anything before and never sent letters to my gp... I will definitely be sending family and friends here if they need theirs eyes checking.. very pleasant man and I appreciate everything he has done .

This was our first visit to Adams opticians and after wonderful service, we hope to be regular customers.The help and advice was brilliant, friendly and honest. We own 4 pairs of glasses between us and are delighted with the styles and prices.Can?t praise enough.
