There is no place better.All the staff are friendly helpful and extremely knowledgeable of their products and services.I've been suffering badly with dry skin and when I say Karen is an expert, for me, there is noone better. From start to finish explaining to me the importance of a good skin routine, what the products contain, how they help with my skin, even after care and checking in to see how I've got on.I've been coming to the salon for a number of years having various treatments and all the girls are amazing and a credit to the vanity case!If you're going to use any beauty salon, make it the vanity case, Clayhanger or Aldridge! ??

Decided to treat myself, to a manicure, plus pedicure, the first time ever, and at the ripe age of 54. Being a bit socially awkward and worried about etiquette, I've always found the idea of pampering daunting.The ladies at the Vanity Case put me at ease, they deliver a very pleasant and soothing experience, with just the right balance of professionalism and approachability.Oh, and my nails look lovely.I shall return. First time visitor to the salon.I'd booked a spray tan, as this is the only local salon that now do them from the research I'd done on Google.First impression of the salon was clean & tidy.Staff were very kind and calming, especially has I was nervous.Before the tan the lady asked what outcome I wanted and we agreed on a colour etc. (Didn't have the spray tan that I could sleep in and develop but had one that I could shower within a few hours - happy with this)Appointment went as plannedNo rush to get out of the salon which was calmingOvercare given verbally but also sent sent to my mobile within an hour of the appointment which was really helpful.Had a shower with the 3/4hrs as recommended and so far pleased with the outcome.Next spray tan already bookedService: Tanning

The vanity case is a great beauty studio. Exceptionally clean and the staff are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the hot stone massage and facial.
