Went for a meal with the family and thoroughly enjoyed it. Was served by emilee and she couldnt be more helpful. One of the family has an allergy and all the staff were really accommodating. I had the salmon with a lemon meringue ice cream afterwards and both were delicious, highly recommend

I think as we went when busy food didn't look or taste as good as it sounded on menu mine was well done and cold I'm afraid to say, admitting did get exchanged which was ok but my family had eat most theirs while I waited .
I also think the waitresses / management should be more aware of what going on around them as we sat waiting the next table of which was the large round one two teenagers had a football of which they were rolling across back and forth on the actual table then the boy stud up and started to dribble ball around the the table and chairs we was not the only table to notice this behaviour .

Nice welcoming staff but menu very limited, I ordered hunters fries, which came very cold, staff were great at bringing another order but unfortunately that was only a little warmer than the first plate,

I have a blue light card but they wouldn't take it on what we ordered ! Apparently the main menu is a offer ! And you can't have two offers , won't go again

Have been here a few times and the service was poor, mainly due to lack of staff meaning we waited a good while to be served. This time we left without ordering having waited in a very long queue at the bar to be served by the one staff member and then finding all the items we wanted they didn't have. On a previous visit we ordered the spicy chicken nachos for it to turn up with no salsa and no jalapeños on as they had run out. They didn't think to tell us that when we ordered and still charged the same amount for the "not at all spicy chicken nachos".
Best avoided unless you are the only customer and they won't have the staff to serve you and probably not the food to feed you.

I reserved a table as the pub had been busy on a previous visit. The table provided was stuck in a corner in the doggy area. Luckily, the pub was quiet so we were able to relocate to a better table. Service was quick but my meal came with chips when I asked for rice but the serving staff were able to correct the mistake quickly.
Even has a surprise visit from the grinch who proceeded to pinch the Christmas tree baubles....Lol

Had a vegan curry. Was fine, but we were cold. The manager said he couldn't have the radiators on because the overhead blowers were on. A lot of people were saying how cold they were and many were sitting with coats on. It appears the bar area was a bit warmer. We were told it was because we were sitting by a window and it was snowing outside ???.
