There plenty of parking, with disability spaces and electric charging points. The shelves were well stocked the store was clean and tidy. And there was a good mix of all household items as well as groceries.

Went into Tesco brownhills today and the black lady that served me was very rude and unpleasant please don?t get a job in customer service if you can?t treat customers in a friendly manner.

The store pharmacy is a joke. They change there times of dinner breaks yesterday prescription wasn't ready. Told to come tomorrow ,only to find it closed had to wait again for 45 minutes , then it needed to checked what a waist of a hour. They need to get there act together.

SELF SERVICE CHECK OUT: Tesco Attendent bad attitude !!!
Used three different machines which failed for three different reasons at Brownhills yesterday.(i.e.persistent rejection of bar code, false red light age verification on swiping tesco card before I had swiped any goods and finally "hardware failure message" having put £20 into machine which then stalled).
All of the above are bad luck, poor maintenence, upkeep of machines and we have to take these things on the chin. What is not acceptable is the huffy attendent saying "everything had been alright up until now!" clearly inferring it was my fault all these things had happened.
If Tesco want to encourage us to use these machines then can I suggest it's best not to blame the customer for its own machinery failures due to the attendent assigned to oversee it not coping.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, the attention to detail when helping you when you can't find what you want is second to none, they guide you to the product and even show you different options of value on the range of products.
Customer service personnel at this store are so much better than the other tesco stores around the WS area.
Complete satisfaction, no stress or worries.

My nan purchased an apple voucher worth £25 and the voucher doesn?t work. They refuse to give her the money back or a different voucher. My mother purchased an M&S voucher and they wouldn?t give her the money back either until they found out she worked at another Tesco ironically. These vouchers are a con, do not purchase them!

I visited this store with my child with learning disabilities. A member of staff followed and shouted at my child for running down an aisle. My child felt scared and was upset following this. As we continued round the store employed followed and starred at us. I do not expect staff of Tesco stores to be so ignorant of disabilities and to intimidate children. Very disappointed and a horrible experience for my child.

A good shop if very samey in general if you keep coming in week after week
Checkout has changed. Tills gone and self service is expanded
The handsets are now improved and make my life easier as i dont like adding up on the go in public.
Staff can help but clearly a good portion prefer to socialise with each other instead of trying to hold a small chat with you. Not unique to this tesco or even retail of course.
