Speaking to the young man at the counter about my husbands inhaler and another female member of pharmacy staff comes up to counter beside me interrupts him mid flow no excuse me no do you mind interrupts twice ! No apology!! Absolutely no manners whatsoever in fact downright rude ?

The staff are friendly and always try to offer the best service. i know sometime they get a little behind and you have to wait a while but it is only a small pharmacy with a small staff we are lucky to have this pharmacy so although u have to wait a little at times thats a small sacrafice for a service thats on your doorstep.

My prescription for cancer treatment was sent last Thursday, phoned on the following Monday to be told that they only had one package of my medication was instore and they would have the other package in Tuesday. No text to say prescription ready. Phoned 6 times at various times and no answer to any calls. Very frustrating . Thursday tomorrow, one week to complete a prescription?.

Wait half an hour in queue. To be told prescription not ready, and to come back in half an hour. 5 days not enough notice to get it ready. So another half hour wait.
Only rated upto a 1 star as the good news was it's hot outside, and the queue is by the fridges.

Tried calling all afternoon...no answer!! I get they are busy, but come on jeeze!! Surely someone can answer the bloody phone! AND
when I've called before and asked if my prescription is ready for collection they said yes, then when you get there you have to wait 20+ to an hour for your prescription!? Why...because apparently it has to be checked again by the pharmacist, he/she has already put this prescription has ok, so why does it have to be checked again!? Seriously this pharmacy is a joke!!
Had to give a 1 star rating to write this, they don't deserve a 1 star rating!! Will be changing pharmacies, i see there's so my complaints about this place, and nothing seems to be changing, so obviously tesco pharmacy and the complaints department just don't care! Because if they did we would see some sort of change!

Very much depends who you get on the day. Most of the staff are great, one or two of the pharmacists have a tendency to treat you like you're in the way or disturbing them. God help you if you get there when only the pharmacist is there, I'm not sure the lady in question knew that part of the job was actually talking to people!

Very slow service. Have to queue a long time to let them know you're prescriptions been sent over then queue even longer to collect. I've waited for up to an hour at times. Awful service

Absolutely hopeless. Picked up a prescription for my wife that turned out to be an out of date one that they were supposed to have called about a week before. When I returned and asked for the correct one I handed the tablets to the chemist they took them round the back. I asked for the correct prescription they said that they could not refund me for the first one as it had been dispensed.. when I asked for the tablets back they said "sorry they have already been binned". So now have no meds and paid 10 quid for the pleasure. Absolutely hopeless. Just idiots who enjoy the tiny bit of authority that they have.
