Fuming! Tried calling quick fit Brown hills, no answer so I drove down as it's my closest branch, I had a slow puncture.
Tom came to speak to me and said I needed to go to Cannock as he never had any slots.
I specifically asked him if he needed to call ahead and he said no. So I drove down and they said no appointments until tomorrow (Monday) I've just come back to brown hills to ask him why I've gone all the way there for no reason and he's called the Cannock branch and they said they can see me!!!!
Both branches need to get their act together...
I'll be using a smaller independent tyre specialist from now on, which is what I normally do and I've never had this before....

Honestly every visit I?ve payed to Brownhills Kwik Fit has been spot on, friendly and easy to talk to staff. Always able to have availability for the appointments I need. Will always be returning, definitely my go to garage for sure. From MOT?s to repairs and tyres, never felt like I?m being ripped off. Big thanks to Nikhil and the team, well done.?

I booked online for oil and filter change at 12:00 noon.I brought the car 15 min before and I only got back at 02:30pm, just for oil and filter change!! On the other hand, when I parked the car, I noticed that one of the front lower panel was dropped off as in the picture:( This is disgrace. It is my worst experience with a garage. So, properly check your car when you collect from Brownhills Kwik Fit!

Call in today at 115 pm and was served by a lovely young lady called Alfie he was very polite very helpful and good advice I recommend to use brow nhills kwikfit had new battery fitted and alternator and was dealt with quickly and out by quarter 2 easy for disabled customer thank you Alfie and the man behind counter with glasses on don't know name x

Had a tyre repair here yesterday, it didn?t work and the tyre had gone down in pressure this morning. Went back first thing and was told everything was fine.
Took the vehicle straight to my local Peugeot dealer and they found the Kwik Fit repair was leaking air within minutes.
Poor and unsafe service.

Just been to kwik fit Brownhills served by Tom. Absolute Gentleman. Only a puncture but no messing around did the job checked the tracking, I thought service like that was a thing of the past. Can?t recommend them more highly. Thank you

My exhaust was making loud noise so decided to use Kwik Fit, phoned them told me to come down they would check it out got here they didn't even look at it just said we don't stock them we can order and book in at 9am tomorrow, I said ok, on the way back the exhaust fell off I couldn't get it off the car it was hanging down on the road so had to go buy a rope to attach it to the car.
Turned up next morning 8:50 it was full of customers but that didn't matter as the exhaust wasnt in the place yet 10am they put car on ramp guess what still no exhaust, no curtesy coffee just water in the place. No communication from any of staff just left sitting there.
10:30 guess what still no exhaust.
10:45 still no exhaust.
first communication in 2 hours
10:55 exhaust has arrived
They completed around 30 minutes which was good and gave me a discount for waiting £25 so not so bad at the end

Dear Kwik Fit Customer Services,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Brownhills branch.
I was recovered to the location due to a damaged tyre. Upon arrival, before I had a chance to say anything, I was abruptly greeted by a member of staff who said, ?We are busy, what do you need?? I explained that I had a damaged tyre and would need a replacement.
The employee continued to speak to me in a dismissive and abrupt manner, stating that they couldn?t fit me in until later in the afternoon. After checking the tyre size, he informed me that they had one in stock and that two other nearby branches also had the tyre available.
When I asked whether he could contact the other branches, he again responded abruptly, saying, ?No, I am busy.?
At that point, I decided to ask the recovery driver to take me to another tyre company. I was genuinely shocked at the lack of professionalism and courtesy from a staff member in a customer-facing role.
I trust this is not the standard of service Kwik Fit strives to provide, and I hope appropriate steps will be taken to address this issue.
