Fuming! Tried calling quick fit Brown hills, no answer so I drove down as it's my closest branch, I had a slow puncture. Tom came to speak to me and said I needed to go to Cannock as he never had any slots. I specifically asked him if he needed to call ahead and he said no. Honestly every visit I’ve payed to Brownhills Kwik Fit has been spot on, friendly and easy to talk to staff. Always able to have availability for the appointments I need.
