Bit of a strange interaction in here a couple of days ago, using this branch for the first time. Went in at around 10.30 to be told I couldn't have a bacon and sausage bap even though breakfast finishes at 11! Then yesterday we were having a trade afternoon at my place of work and the rep who was organising it went in the afternoon around 1pm for some sausage rolls to be told they have non left. Then when he asked how long the next batch would be was told they were not putting anymore in even though according to Google they don't close until 7pm. I can only assume the staff are lazy, so come on Greggs sort them out!!

To busy queued for 20 mins and food was cold. Plus there was no where to sit down.

Greg's Brownhills is a great place to visit for a sit down, coffee, a sandwich or sausage roll, there's plenty of other items on the menu to choose from too, the staff are always pleasant and helpful no matter how busy they are, and the prices are very competitive, I can't grumble, excellent...

Nipped in for a free coffee and sausage roll ( courtesy of octopus energy). Staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and tidy, will return when back in the town.

Love Greggs, friendly staff, affordable prices just wish there was a bit more seating space and a toilet. Greggs you need to expand. Few table and chairs to sit in at this store ?Mince pies highly recommendedParking: Street parking available all along the high street as well as two car parks available too.

Rude staff constant cold food and also I asked for vegan sausage roll and got a normal one mistakes like this should not happen the service at brownhills Greggs is very poor and the staff do t look like they want to be there I will never go here again
