Rebecca at the Brownhills Office made all the process stress free and she explained everything as we went along. Everything done on line so made life easier not having to go to the office every 5 minutes. All documents emailed over and quickly. Anisa used to work with me so review may seem bias not worked together now for over 10 years great office and great staff - it was strange being a customer but don?t take my work for it if your house is on the market and not sold call them and test for yourself

I genuinely can?t thank Goodchilds Brownhills enough for the incredible service I received during the sale of my house. From the very beginning, Anisa was fantastic ? professional, supportive, and clearly experienced. She offered me clear advice at a time when I was dealing with a difficult tenant situation, even before I was officially a client. That level of support really stood out and made my decision to work with Goodchilds an easy one.
Once the sale process began, both Anisa and Lauren were brilliant. Their communication was spot-on, they kept me updated at every stage, and made the whole experience stress-free. The house sold far quicker than I ever expected, and it was all down to their hard work and expertise.

If I could give 1 star I would.
Absolutely disgraceful estate agents. My mom and her partner moved from their property in Pelsall back in March. My mom forgot to cancel her direct debit payment properly and Goodchilds took out 2 full months rent. My mom notified them about the first payment and has sent multiple emails since. She has had no contact from the manager.
I think we are looking at going to the Ombudsman or even taking legal action because it is not acceptable. Over £1k in payments and not heard a word!
