Manager Laura is amazing. Always goes above and beyond for customers and is really friendly. She always delivers a great customer experience and allows service dogs in and even gives them a fuss, how kind. Best place in Brownhills.

When being served in brownhills Costa today the manager Laura didn't show very good customer service, no pleasantries too distracted by the previous customers dog. I find this totally unprofessional and rude she needs to concentrate on customer at the till

Very kind and patient staff. Top notch electronic device charging also.Sometimes going for a simple hot drink is more trouble than should be.. but not here.

Lovely staff, very helpful.
Parking: Can get parked outside, subject to spaces but if not there are two free car parks just up the side streets
Kid-friendliness: Baby changing.
I do remember the store having colouring and crayons available but they seem to have disappeared.
Wheelchair accessibility: Level access and disabled toilets
