Placed an Order at 18:40 for collection at 8pm needing this order to be ready for them as I was ordering from a number of places near by I have now been here an additional 20 minutes waiting on my food that still isn?t ready. Now the other food is cold. How can you take pre orders for specific times if you don?t start cooking until I arrive to collect my food. If people have messed you around in the past and not collected ask for the payment over the phone instead of messing people around. I will not be using this shop for any collections and deliveries again. Shame on you

Place is pretty spacious and the food is quite good for the price but nothing special just a regular Chinese but it does not fail to satisfy me so I do commend the restaurant there

Been using this same Chinese for over 15 years,wouldn't go anywhere else until tonight. We are veggie and always order mushroom curry and veggie spring rolls as well as other things. Got home with order to find Shrimp curry and meat spring rolls.Call up to complain to be told that's what I ordered! Why would I order meat and fish...won't be returning, plenty of other local Chinese takeaways to try.

Food was 60mins late. Food was very poor quality. This was my first time using only because I had no cash in the house so used uber eats. I had the blandest cantonese sauce ever, it was just so tasteless. Food was hot, however not up to scratch. I will stick to my local in burntwood.

Sweet & sour sauce flavourless and like water, satay sauce like water with no hint of peanut flavour. Chinese vegetables not even cooked. Best part were the free prawn crackers. £25 down the drain. Shouldn't be allowed to sell such rubbish.

Food it good but food is never ready at the time they tell you. Always says 15 minutes and is always more like 30 so might as well just order when you get there instead of telephone order for collection

Very good local Chinese have been coming here regularly for years won't get Chinese food from any where else can honestly say I've never had a bad meal from here food is always top quality and service is fantastic always polite and friendly with speedy service times never waited more than 20 mins during normal week days and even busy times like Christmas eve wait times were only 30 mins would recommend a visit to chop stix and wok you won't be disappointed
