We was served by ?Aman? and his customers service is shockingly poor! There was no greeting of Hello. He just remained hunched over at the desk, spoke so quietly non of us could hear anything he said. He wouldn?t listen to what the problem was with my daughters glasses fitting her around her ears and said for her to just wear the one pair that did fit out the two when I said no I need both pairs to fit so he just kept walking off an really gave an impression like he was in a mood. Really bizarre behaviour from him. At the end he didn?t even put the spare pair in a box so we had to come back to collect them an once again no acknowledgement or basic friendly manors from him even after me saying you haven?t gave us the 2nd pair.. he just picks them up and hands me them an still no sorry thanks or bye. Made my daughter feel uncomfortable to talk to him. Will not return to this store if we are to be seen by him again. Such a shame because the lady who took over to help fit the 2nd pair of glasses was lovely in her manners.

You felt totally supported from the moment you walk in. The optician who examined me put me at ease straight away and was knowledgeable about my past visits. And the sales person Aman is an absolute credit to the company he went above and beyond to support me in my choice of glasses and lenses which was Financial difficult but with his empathy and support we made a choice
He was also very good when it came to measuring for my glasses. With the help of Aman and Lauren I came away completely happy with my visit. I believe the young man Aman has a very bright future ahead of him.

Booked in for Wednesday 9th July at 2pm to collect glasses the glasses got taken back to the cannock store even though we had an appointment at 2pm not professional poorly trained staff would not recommend visiting book another opticians

Thr optometrist was great. I have a complex prescription and he was helpful and encouraging. Dispensing was a nightmare. I have limited options due to the thickness of my lenses, but the assistant did not support to choose suitable frames. She looked at my current ones and found the exact same ones. Lazy, asked me about the lens production company I used last time even though I ordered with boots. She said the system didn't have that info and didn't call to find out the info. She also didn't call the lens company to ask questions. To be honest the service was lazy and unenthusiastic. I now need to travel to Birmingham to get a better service from a different boots or alternative provider. Even though the one I visited for the test is much closer and I'm visually impaired. Will never visit this branch again. I fealt like my visual impairment was an inconvenience , and the staff should receive better training, or perhaps a better attitude.

Expert service. Asked for a more in depth eye examination as I had been having problems with my left eye. All done and examination found that I had a torn retina. Referred to the hospital straight away.
