I really like the way Waterstones organise and run their stores There is space for customers to look at all genres of fiction and nonfiction books. There are also staff on hand to offer advice and order books for you. The Merry Hill shop is well worth a visit.

Absolutely disgusted. Took my disabled daughter to get some books. The lifts were blocked off. So had to slowly do the stairs and she fell. The part I find disgusting is my daughter was screaming as she hurt herself what was the staffs response? To stand there and stare at her and not once ask if she was OK not even as we were buying

Excellent variety of books, journals, notebooks, flasks, board games, small, cute gifts etc.
There are stairs in the middle of the bookshop, so if you're able to, use the lift to get to the top floor where the fictional books are, anime, spiritual and general main books are

Super nice shop and helpful staff. It's always clean and well stocked. It's my shop of choice for buying books and I tend to use this store even though I live in South Birmingham.
