I am extremely disappointed and frankly, upset by my recent experience at your store. I entered seeking clarification on erroneous overcharges to my Vodafone account, a simple enough request, yet the sales representative was unable to answer any of my questions. Understanding that she might be new, I politely requested assistance from another staff member. It was at this point that a man named Luke interjected, shouting at me and accusing me of being rude simply for seeking help from someone more knowledgeable. His aggressive behavior, seemingly an attempt to assert dominance in front of the sales girl, was completely unwarranted and made me feel intimidated and uncomfortable. To be treated as a villain for simply asking for assistance, especially when dealing with billing errors, is unacceptable. The situation was further compounded by the staff's laughter as I left the store, leaving me feeling humiliated and disrespected. This entire encounter, from the lack of knowledgeable staff to Luke's appalling behavior, was a complete failure of customer service, and I intend to pursue this matter further.
