Spoke to a girl about a discrepancy in my bill. She was very rude, abrupt and really unprofessional with the way she spoke to us. Issue was still unresolved. Won?t be going Vodafone again. Not that they care.

Had fantastic service today from Jack. Very helpful and polite. He helped talk me through various phone plans and to know which one was ideal for me. Feel very satisfied with the help I received today. Would recommend Vodafone to anyone.

Went in today and Jordan was incredibly helpful. He sorted everything, on the spot for us and I cannot recommend him enough! He was so helpful, friendly and kind, it was great to speak to a person rather than winging it with a dodgy deal on the internet. I will be coming to Vodafone as a first port of call in the future, thank you Jordan!

I?d never use Vodafone again, for nearly 12 months I?ve had no signal and they won?t even chase the complaint up. I?m currently on my 3rd complaint and have been told I?ll get a call back three times this week. Never happens I?m passed from pillar to post while they take 80 pounds out my bank every month.

Great store and great staff however in my view they need to hire more staff. The customer experience is great when staff are free but it can be quite a wait if they are already with customers (not the staff's fault as they really are excellent). Apart from that a great store.

Great shop and very helpful staff. The only negative comments is they need more staff. As the wait time is a problem and you are loosing customer because they are walking out the merry hill shop.

Unimpressed with customer service.Computer systems not updated. A VODAPHONE Error somewhere resulted in declined credit for phone and remote Internet.Experian score 999!

This shop has messed me about with my new contract, I've wasted about 40pound in taxis coming to this shop, for something they messed up on. They double charged me by mistake for my monthly bill with them and because I took out a contract sim in the shop I couldn't phone Vodafone I had to go in store and do it there. If that wasn't enough let down, I had to go back there again because they didn't refund me my money the first time, like they said they would so I had to go back and all I had was my money back for over charging me for my bill and a weak apology but nothing to compensate me for my time and taxis.

I have order Samsung galaxy z3 fold over 3 weeks ago its meant to be delivered after 2 days they been playing up stupid games with me over 3 weeks the phone been delivered to the shop. Few day later they told to wait until i get some message from them. I did called them 6 times every single time they told me so many different storys. On the end when i was gonna cancel my order finally they told me someone singed in the store for my phone on my pho ne just nicked it one of the workers in intru merry hill. AVOID AVOID AVOID too much trouble with them the recompsation got after its 20£ LOL
