Trying to force most if not all interactions online. But, as well they know some interactions require in branch activity. But, the branch is purposely not geared up for this. No numbered queue system. Absolute shan.

Today i went into the branch to withdraw some cash... i was asked what it was for.. which i told them was a car... then i had lots of questions.. then pulled into see a higher member of staff which carried on questioning me like i was a child and patronising me as he was half my age then told me he would need to see paper evidence of the car im buying and who im buying it from. well im absolutely discusted at this point.. they wanted me to pay for a car with bank transfer.. excuse me if im wrong but its my money and i will do and pay for things in whichever way i feel i want to. not have 2 members of male staff sit me in a room like im in the headmasters office.. after being shut for a refurbished for the last 4 weeks which has totally inconvenience alot of people.. ive waited for this branch to reopen so i can buy a car and still im not allowed to draw my own money out to do so... what the hell is happening in the world.. not sure why i couldnt have my money and they thought i would be scammed etc... but i must admit your half million pound refurb.. i think it was you who was scammed it looks terrible... moved a customer service desk.. boarded up counters, bit of paint and plastic chairs in the middle...what a waste of a once lovely branch... as a customer of almost 30 years i am a very very unhappy one... if you want to draw cash out make sure you have your relevant paperwork folks or you have no chance..

Lovely staff, always helpful.So glad we have this branch to have face to face help when we need it. A telephone conversation can be useful but doesn't always do the job.

Came in today too use counter at just after four was rather abruptly asked if I had an account then was told counter was closed whilst three assistants stood there talking not great service tsb

After closing Old Hill branch, I have to use Halesowen every so often. I went to Halesowen, to find it closed for a refurb, so then broke my neck to get to Merry Hill, as I knew they were open until 5pm. I arrived at 4.20pm, only to be told that the counters close at 4pm and I was refused a withdrawal, being told that I had to go back the following morning. Absolutely rubbish service for people with passbook accounts. The staff were very abrupt, asking me what I wanted the money for and when I questioned this, I was told that it was standard procedure to ask that. Does what I want the money for actually determine whether they decide to help me out or not? Very unhappy with the service.

I visited merry Hill branch on a Saturday no cashiers on desk and couldn't get the money out I needed this is a joke what's going to be done about it as I work till late very day in the week and now can't get my money out on a Saturday this is not on at all pathetic that it's open but u can't have any money

What good is a bank during lockdown that that tells you they won't answer the phone but if your close by pop in..... We're not meant to be "popping" anywhere. I already have online banking but what I'm trying to do will not allow me, its telling me to call...... What a load of rubbish!

Went in to simply confirm proof of ID for a credit card... poor customer service was in there for 45 minuets. Wondered why they had such a bad review score on here... Let?s just say I cancelled the credit card application in the end, I feel sorry for their actual banking customers!

I was waiting for some money to be transferred to my bank an I?ve got to wait up to two days or a week , just for some money to come out of an account with tsb to go in to my other account, you shouldn?t have to wait that long it?s silly

Never go to this bank..Tried to open a bank account here.very unhelfull..Attitude of staff condescending. How some people get jobs I do not know..Dudley branch fantastic.will never go to Merry hill branch again..wouldn't even rate one star.
