My car broke down yesterday right outside their shop on their carpark and the two ladies who work at the Tool Station shop were lovely in helping me to jump start the vehicle. What a remarkable service and it just proves that there is still kindness in the world today! ?

Fantastic customer service received from Trev this afternoon. He had good knowledge of what he was selling and nothing was too much trouble in helping me find the correct items to fix our toilet. I hope you appreciate what a great member of staff you have with Trev.

I had an issue with an item during lockdown, and had to return it. Upon arriving there wasn't a replacement in stock so staff phoned through to another store to put stock aside for me to collect. The staff in store made the returns process extremely easy for me, and would definitely shop here again
