The knock offs here is getting stupid, glad its being investigated by the gov.Everything i've had here has not even met standards and ever the stitches have came loose or the item has shrunk, color faded even in cold wash, trading standards needs to do a visit here.Staff are mainly having a chatter on the headsets than working and you've always got that one staff member by the kitchen stuff watching the wrong ones yet don't keep a eye on the polish that steal, i've seem 6 yesterday stealing and no alarm went off.

The staff that work here are so rude I park up my BMW M8 in a suitable bay and got approached by 5 workers shouting and swearing at me and even had the audacity to pull out there phones and start recording me!

Before they were in the Merry Hill shopping centre which was more convenient to the customers. Now they're not. I wish if they go back.
