Yesterday i visited the store to find it closed,A staff member was stood outside and politely told me what had happened and assured me that the store would be opening shortly.The staff member was later known to be Travis,He frequently kept me updated and asked if their was anything he could try to help with whilst waiting for the store to open.It must be noted that this gent provided 1st class customer service and must be seen as an asset to both the store and to THREE.Thank you for providing Excellant customer service !

Went in to ask about mobile phones and spoke with the Assistant Manager about options available. He was very helpful and informative ~ better than the O2 and EE shops I'd just been to beforehand. As a result, I bought a simple phone (elsewhere) then returned to the 3 store to sort out a PAYG simcard and get it up and running. Really good bunch of helpful staff here ~ Thank You ?

I came in here about two months ago to find out about roaming in the USA. The guy who served me was fairly unhelpful but today I went back and Sabah explained the situation with the contracts that I already have for me and my two sons. She explained the best way forward for roaming for all of the family under the 3 network. Thank you to Sabah, very knowledgeable and much appreciated.

I've been with three for nearly 7 years, I have never had issues upgrading, but it wouldn't let me this time. Went into the shop & didn't get any help. Didn't even look at my account. Was also told, trying another provider would have the same results. I went home, applied for o2, got accepted and the phone was delivered the next day.I've now cancelled my three contract. I would never have changed from three but they are so unhelpful with loyal customers.

The assistant manager Liam is not fit for purpose. A total jobs worth.I travelled miles to speak to a person because online was no help but after showing him my receipt + bill + notes of what had gone wrong... (three screwed up the direct debit by taking money from 2 accounts and over charging an extra month)I WAS TRYING TO PAY A BILL!"Have you got your passport?""No?""Well I can't help you then"15 years I've been a customer!

I came here to explore a new pay monthly plan on a samsung S23 plus. Dan was so helpful and spent a couple of hours exploring the best possible deal for me. I ended up leaving with the S23 ultra with an amazing deal!! He was super patient and attentive! I'd highly recommend speaking to Dan when visiting this store. No tactical pushy sales either which was highly appreciated. I'm so happy with my phone!! Thanks so much :)

I spent the day at merry hill today .. and we was looking for a phone for my daughter she was after the iPhone 14 pro.As soon as I walked into three I was welcomed with a ray of sunshine from this young lady called Emma her smile was amazing. She explained everything I needed to know all the tariffs all the costs anything and everything she was on point definitely knew her stuff she was absolutely amazing she was kind caring and polite her smile was mesmerising so friendly . I couldn?t recommend anyone else better then this young lady ? and if you want a phone or an upgrade make sure you go to Emma 5* review for sure definitely be going back ..!

Went yesterday to get a sim to the store at 7.30 and the guy goes sorry we are closing when the closing is at 8pm would of taken maximum 5 mins but he refused because it?s nearly closing time when the store still had 30mins so probably need to change the closing time as your staff refuse to serve after 7.30 ???Will be cancelling my contract after this

Went into store today for a Samsung fold Dan who served us was brilliant. Knew everything helped us with everything and went through everything. Really helpful what we needed after just having a rude experience going into EE. Love the phone thank you for your help Dan.
