They are always helpful, friendly kind and I always get my prescriptions the next day delivered. Since 2004 I get my prescriptions from Phatmacia Galleria. Never ever had a problem.

Man behind the counter in charge (Bash) is a disgrace to the profession. Talks about patients while family stood there. Rude and condescending. In a customer faced job and wouldn't know what professionalism was if it hit him in the face. Needs reporting.

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Went in there for the first time ever. I asked for nurofen plus and he told me I only went in Christmas day. I told him I've never set foot in here. Even told that I had the same coat on. He reluctantly served me. Such a horrible rude man. Would never go in there again. I don't know why pharmacist's think they are above everyone.

Waited for an hour for them to open today but it looks like they have decided to open after I've walked away. Shame they can't put the opening times on their Web page so people don't waste time going down there
