One Male member of Staff in this store is extremely rude. Asked him for a coat for teenagers size or XS size. He asked my son to look in Women?s section instead. I told him politely no and that we need a coat from mens section. He said rudely, upto you then?I dont understand why cant you just wear a womens coat and stormed off! Never visting this store again. Ridiculous behaviour from this staff member.

Went in to collect an item today, served by someone who just did not want to be there. No please no thanks, couldn?t even attempt to pronounce my name! I didn?t get his name but he had super dry written at the back of his trainers. Management need to look to upskill clowns like him rather than allow any local hooligan to work at the tills!

Picked up an online order, the store was short staffed so had to wait a short while for my order. We had to exchange a coupe of the items for a different size and the staff member was very helpful and friendly, his customer care skills were excellent.

Visited today to exchange some joggers. I couldn't find what I wanted. Lovely assistant Hannah was so helpful. They didn't have what I wanted in store so she ordered on line for me. Hannah was pleasant helpful and made my visit so much easier and satisfactory as I came out knowing I would be getting what I wanted. Thankyou Hannah
