Popped in for a few essentials this afternoon, the girl who served me was quite rude and off putting, made me feel very unwelcome. Highly disappointed as I regularly shop here.

From start to finish of my little boys ear piercing, it was outstanding. The lady was soo polite, had a chat with my son and reassured him. Can?t fault the piercing bar at this store. And worth every penny for this experience.

I had my nose pierced there today the woman who pierced it was lovely made sure I was ok and everything the store is amazing. Edit: Unfortunately it got infected so I had to take it out.

Was not able do give 0 stars, so it says 1, had the most pathetic hopeless and waist of my time experience at Merry Hill Centre branch earlier today, I wanted to purchase a bottle of Lancome perfume but although staff could see I was waiting by the perfume counter no member of staff came to serve me, never never will I shop there again, to say I felt ignored is a under statement, considering how many stores at Merry Hill sell perfumes one would think they would show a interest, never mind I live and learn so i do .

Had to leave a review as I work in retail and this wasn?t fair on the one colleague left on the till. Went in today and bought one item, it was a Saturday so was busy. There was one lady on the tills bless her and another lady on a till chatting away and laughing with a co worker leaving this poor lady to serve customers on her own. When she stopped talking she finally called me down and didn?t say a single word to me and continued to natter with her co worker, I then left but forgot to look at her name badge so went back in and this lady is called Tracey, she was middle aged with a headset on. It?s not on. I felt like I was interrupting her and I feel for the other lady on till

Helped by Dani today on the perfume counter. She was so lovely and helpful unlike other staff. People in retail are so disinterested now. Having done 18 years myself I understand it's hard. But Dani was lovely!

Took my daughter to have her ears pierced here and I have to say they were brilliant. It was Friday night so we got done straight away the girl who done them was lovely, I wish I got her name, very pleasant, professional and clean put my daughter at ease. Another girl came out and offered to do the other ear at the same time which was great and so far we've no issues it's only been a day and there's no swelling or redness they're not even sore, brilliant and reasonably priced too compared to other known stores.
