Call in lunch time ordered 2 coffees to toasted sandwiches and 1 portion of hash browns with truffles. £27.90.. Sandwich and coffee nice but 4 soggy warm undercooked has browns inedible, approx cost £2 per has brown. It also stated Parmesan but it was grated cheddar

It's Boxing Day at 11.00am and with only one table occupied they have ran out of sausages. Not the end of the world but the very young guy behind the counter who clearly lacks customer service skills and seems like he is still asleep, did not care. I said does that mean we get extra bacon. He said yes ok. I mean come on wake up. Now waited 20 minutes for breakfast and beans on toast which is not ideal but again is what it is. Then I get served anaemic hash browns. So all in all was pretty poor. Food ok

My friends mother (78 yrs old) has eaten with you every Tuesday for many years. However, 2 weeks ago she ordered her usual food/drink and sat down whilst the food was prepared. When the young man bought the food order to her she enquired if her tea was ready. He pointed at the cup he had placed after she had left the counter and told her ?it?s over there? really.. when she elderly! Could he not have fetched it for her. Service has died here and she won?t any longer frequent your establishment.

Place is clean and tidy. Always stocked with fresh sandwiches, pastries and hot food. Hot Coffee is sometimes hit and miss. Sometimes not frothy and lukewarm. Sometimes it?s great coffee.
Also been told twice that my loyalty card free coffee was not redeemable and instead stamped my receipt to get a free coffee elsewhere.

Best coffee in Merry Hill! Great personalised service from Rose, Deb and Bhav. They typically have my overly complicated iced latte ready for me before I even finish paying. I won't get coffee anywhere else in the centre.

Staff were so friendly and helpful which I appreciated after a long day . The girls Rose and Nai made me feel very welcome . I really will visit there again . The berries and cream muffin was by far the best in merry hill.

Been to Soho coffee shop today , and had a flat bread my first the wife had a jacket potato and to be honest both were fantastic. The manager Rose was so helpfull the place was clean and the waitress really polite, I will be going back soon , thanks for an enjoyable meal .

ordered a biscoffe smoothie which arrived to me with the cream all over the sides of the glass and looked a right mess, after tasting it it didnt taste of anything but a cup of milk. seriously unhappy with the waiting time as the place was empty and was waiting 15 minutes for 2 drinks which she took 7 minutes doing each. wouldnt come back again

Ordered two breakfast wraps to eat in whilst it was quiet. Was told the wait would be 10 minutes and have been waiting a total of 30+ but still nothing. When the food did arrive after 35 minutes there was no apology for the wait or anything.

My sister and I are regulars at Soho , Debbie and Rose are fantastic service with a smile and a friendly word , service is fast and efficient they never let you downService with a smile and kind word goes a long way in the world we live in today. Well done girls keep it up

Ordered food at 9.46 and still no food at 10.20. People who were regulars were getting their food before us. When I went to ask where our food was they had clearly confused the tickets. People who ordered after us continued to get their food whilst we were still waiting. Would not recommend.
