“Merry Hill is a great Shopping Centre to visit, and congratulations on the variety of stores inside.
However, they should improve the displays/indicators to help shoppers exit the shopping centre when going to the car parking space or public transport.
I have confirmed with other shoppers who mentioned they got lost inside the shopping centre when trying to find the way out to the car park.”
