Wanted a small item ie: chair caps for steel legs Got to order 2 sizes to be safe they didn't have them in the shop. Took my 'phone number and they said they would send an SMS next day at lunchtime. 2.30 came - no text. I decided to ring main customer service number. A very polite man looked into my query and said they were ready for collection. Why then no SMS? Spoke to a man at desk and I asked why no text. He said - you have no account with us?! I said - well you took my telephone contact ( I gave it quite clearly ) and saw him key it in. The explanation - no apology but mistekes happen. Screwfix won't rush to use them again!!! Mr Walters

The gentleman at the till named sam, was really helpful in helping me find the nut i needed. I was afraid i was being too vague and was abit shy. But he had alot of patience with me-much more than others and persited to help me.Many thanks sam. U deserve a pay rise!

Always great customer service here very quick and staff are friendly just want to say it?s a real shame what i saw today in shop no one should have to put up with abuse when you?re just doing your job well done manager. Keep it up screwfix ignore bad reviews

Bought a drill here 1 month ago used it today it broke , returned it for refund or credit note manager refused just wanted to replace the broken part , I refused he then called me a liar said I'd only bought ut to do a job and return it . He the told me he was going to physically remove me . At which point he realised he would not be able to do that and then called the police. Iv complained to head office about him Just a pathetic jobs worth who couldn't do anything other than call the policeWhat an absolute fool

Unfortunately I've had dealings with this so called "store owner ". Very unprofessional. Bad attitude. Misogynistic. I would recommend no one to use his store and to use other Screwfix stores, they are a lot more friendlier, helpful and very professional.Wouldn't even give it 1 star

Stay clear from here ,one of staff don't know his name looked a bit like a garden gnome silly beard and bald head , is an absolute male Karen ,never encountered such horrendous customer service in all my life . I used the dudley store after this and got excellent customer STAY CLEAR .Use the dudley branch instead

So good! Customer service was simply incredible. Jennifer was really helpful choosing a kitchen mixer tap. I wasn't sure what to get and yet Jen gave me her time and know-how to choose the perfect tap for us. The tap is incredible, it moves water into the sink keenly. Godbless Screwfix and its wonderful employees like Jennifer ??
