After trying all the big brand outlets (Plumbase, Wolesley et al) called these guys to get some non-standard tap tails for my new tap. They were polite, professional and super helpful. Was assisted by a young man called Jack, firstly on the phone and then in person when I arrived to collect.Super service, tap is all sorted and for less than I would have paid ordering the parts online.Would definitely recommend- thank you very much.

Precision is a family run business and we found their honest advice exceptionally helpful when choosing the heating system for our home. They also supplied all the bathroom furniture for us and I couldn?t recommend them more, nothing was to much trouble for them.

i have had to have some new replacement items for my bathroom recently and I popped in to Precision in North St . They were extremely friendly and managed to get me the same size items as I didn't want to have to carry out too much redecoration . Very helpful business .
