whilst staff are great and they sell a range of great stuff, the environment the animals are kept in are in sufficient and way too small. up to 4 hamsters and gerbils kept in a small glass box with a tiny wheel. They also sell unsafe hanster items like the flat wheel and harry?s hamster food which is way too high in sugar for a hamsters diet. The cages labels hamster weren?t hitting the 100x50x50 minimum as they should?ve been.

Does not sell fish after 7.30pm even-though store is still open till 8pm. I have purchased fish before and it takes maximum 10 min. We knew which fish we wanted to buy yet staff were not willing to sell it to us. Staff only cared about going home at exactly 8pm.

Went in for some guinea pig treats and they had a good selection. Staff were helpful and it was tidy which was nice, didn't seem cluttered.

Popped into store today to purchase all stuff for my new addition to the family and I can say I was impressed by Gemma her knowledge was fantastic very polite well mannered, Gemma was very informative and I was able to purchase everything I needed for our new little pup

Just visited the Merry Hill branch and I was served by a lady called Sarah. She could see that I?m disabled and found it difficult to walk she quickly pointed out where I needed to look for wainwrights dog food. She was polite and really helpful. I think she needs some recognition. Well done ? ??
