Miserable staff and very rude. They lock the door at night with no bell to let them.know you are there so you end up standing there for a long time to be let in my child went to go in for me and the female attending just looked at him and didn't let him in intill two male men stood there to get aswell worse shop tongo to and over priced on everything.

A lot of stuff overpriced like most isolated shops but that isn't an issue. The issue is there are members of staff that are constantly either rude or just really spiteful. There is 1 or 2 staff who are kind and smile but the others are not. The others can only be described as soul-less with no passion to work in that shop.Soul-less also equals less returning customers. Either get a smile on your face and treat customers like humans or leave your job and work somewhere that does not require you being in public view.I will now be going into Pensnett town or merry hill which both gives better customer service.
