I recently visited Nando’s and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to poor communication and customer service.
I have allergies to eggs and nuts, which I clearly communicated to the manager when placing my order. I made a point of explaining my allergies upfront so appropriate care could be taken.... read full comment

Nando’s never fails to disappoint, however, today’s visit has particularly special. Having Elliot take our order was the highlight. he made us feel welcomed and was super friendly. I’ve been to many 5star restaurants and his service was up there with them all, kindness goes a very long way :)
