I have been going here a few years and can't fault the service and quality parts they use, they always contact you if I need work doing before they do it, dropped 1 star because of one very slight issue which was not a major thing.

I've used MOTOR 1 for many years and I highly rate Brian, Jo and their team. My car is my business and needs to be kept on the road so they are very accommodating, even though they are always busy. Repairs are always done to a very high standard, prices are also very good. Honestly I can't recommend MOTOR 1 ENOUGH!

The best service on all West Midlands Bryan help me whit my honda civic in 2 hour was a minor problem, but for this problem RAC tell me that wiil cost me 700 £ and Bryan fix the issue whit only 139 ,so what can you sayAMAZING ?Service: Auto detailing

Brilliant garage. Been using them for a good 4-5 years now. Brian and his team are 'proper' mechanics, they do their job and they do it well, plus they care. They even came and picked/dropped off my car for me when I had to suddenly isolate due to covid. I take my car there every year for service and MOT and always have zero issues. Excellent service, very professional and very transparent. My repair turned out to be more than anticipated, throughout the time Brian and team had my car they kept me updated with what was happening and what work/parts were required. Motor 1 was recommended by the RAC and it's clear to see why. Upon collection of my vehicle Brian took the time to explain the work carried out, showed me the issues found and step by step went through the bill.I will not hesitate in using the garage again.Services: Exhaust
