the lady that served us was practically perfect in every way. she had a lovely shop side manner about her. couldn't do enough for us, made us feel very comfortable and at ease with extra personal touch asking our upcoming wedding and nuptials and was very pleasant. highly recommend this shop for anybody looking for wedding paraphernalia

Took my son in this morning, for a Prom suit and fitting. We were helped and fitted by Anna - Maria. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. My son was happy as we didn't have to spend to long shopping?

What a lovely surprise!
Picked up 3 trousers on sale from Moss Bros site for the first time and I wasn?t too sure on the size.
2 of them fitted me like a glove while the other was too relaxed and had to return it to Moss Bros Merry Hill.
The young white lady and older white lady in there were both nice and patient enough to help me get it sorted. Overall, good experience!
I?ll pick up more items on sale there next year! No more clothes shopping for me this year ?

I needed a navy suit and, having seen a few items online, I visited the store to see how things fit. A staff member took me through a range of fits and sizes very patiently, offering advice on suitability and differences. He found something from the sale rack that perfectly suited my needs as well as helping me pick out shirts to match. I ended up with everything I needed at a good price.

We were looking for a first suit for my son. After asking if we needed help, we were left to browse, once my son decided on the suits he liked and we asked for help he was treated as a valued customer. Attention to detail for fit, style and best type for his size, being so tall, was second to none. My son was made to feel very comfortable during the whole of the process.

Went in today with no idea of what to buy (my only experience being picking something up in next) but Kim saw I was struggling and I've walked away with a suit that I am looking forward to wearing. If it wasn't for Kim, I would still be in the shop picking up random shirts to try on.

Visited this store today and the ladies who work there are very friendly, pleasant and hands-on with their efficient customer service. Tried on three pairs of tuxedo trousers for a wedding, and they gave their own personal input to see what looked best on me. One lady even took the trouble to assist me on doing a click and collect order, which i found very helpful. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a suit for any occasion. 10/10

Went here to hire a tux but they told us there was a two week lead time so we decided to go buy a good black suit. Not much of an effective hire shop if they don't have what you need to hire.

Me and my husband visited Moss Bros at Merryhill today to take a look at suit jackets. We were welcomed straight away by a lovely lady named Cath. She assisted us and went above and beyond with her service and knowledge. Cath was extremely helpful and such a lovely lady. We purchased a suit jacket and shirt with Caths assistance. Overall excellent customer service and friendly. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Cath xx
