It used to be the go to place to shop, but not anymore. We used to love visiting H&M here before covid....but after covid, stores have changed a lot. H&M has drastically changed and you won't find anything worthwhile. M&S is bad too...food court is ok, can do with some indian food...

Come and visited on our Narrowboat. I?m not sure who designed the mooring spots but the rings are in the wrong place for any boat to moor. Having to tie ropes up in an unsafe manner. Dident feel safe at night dispite there being cameras. Teens and young adults inhaling gas. Smoking weed, drinking and messing arround our boat. It was fine in the day time. Showers and toilet waste near by which was fairly clean. Handy for a shop but I don?t think I?ll be stoping the night again

Merry Hill is a great Shopping Centre to visit, and congratulations on the variety of stores inside.
However, they should improve the displays/indicators to help shoppers exit the shopping centre when going to the car parking space or public transport.
I have confirmed with other shoppers who mentioned they got lost inside the shopping centre when trying to find the way out to the car park.
