I recently went in to buy my usual Rose Jam perfume. On the first visit the girl who dealt with me was lovely and when she found out it was my birthday gave me a free shower gel. Unfortunately (no fault of the lovely staff) my perfume was faulty, it didn?t smell like Rose Jam in the slightest. I was quite nervous to exchange an item for this reason due to the staff maybe not agreeing with me. Charice, dealt with me today. She agreed and reassured that the product was not right and to say sorry she ended up treating me with items she thought I?d love! I?ve not only left with my favourite perfume but with more items with my favourite scent of rose and a big smile on my face ? thank you charice!! I just hope I?ve spelt your name right

Had a great time in Lush today and for the first time in all the years we have been buying their products had what I can say was a guided tour of the shop and products, thanks to Charlotte the member of staff that looked after us. It was informative and fun so thank you for taking the time to do this for my Wife, Daughter and me. If you ever get an offer like this take it, it is so worthwhile. Hey I nearly got job too lol. Again thanks for making our visit so special.

Not sure you should even get the 2 stars,Brand names is not just enough when customers come in, over the last few times I have been in the interaction between staff and customer gets less and less, today felt more like I was interrupting a staff social, I was in and look around for 15mins before anyone acknowledged I was in the store and no one came over to help.Had they I would have spent more than I did as I was looking for product advice.

We had the most amazing experience at lush today for my daughter?s 7th birthday party. Lauren and Arzoo could not do enough to accommodate every single child. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, including the parents!! From face mask making, to potions, to party games, to a relaxing massage session at the end!! It couldn?t have been planned more perfectly!!
