I went to lush a few weeks ago and a Lovely girl with yellow and black hair called Chloe personally took me through the moisturing section. She explained what products would suit me and she knew so much about them! She even went out of her way to create a mini skin care routine of samples as I asked about my boyfriends skin, and she wrote me a step by step guide on how to do it. Honeslty, I haven't been served by anyone this kind in the skin care industry. Thankyou Chloe for all your help, he loved the products too ;) xx

What can I say. What an amazing saleswomen. Went into the store with my partner and children. I was given amazing advice from taalia, who after telling her what I would like from a bath bomb was shown a selection of bath bombs with vary strengths of smell and beneficial ingredients to which she had amazing knowledge, I ended up spending more money then I intended, what an asset to the company.I would highly recommend going into the store for the friendly atmosphere and knowledge

Awful service experienced earlier today, me and my partner always order the bath bombs online but decided to visit in store instead, we bought around 23 bath bombs and a staff member stated are you sure you can afford all that! And then stated that I'm going to assume you need a bag right? Well clearly yeah, I never want to go out to be personally judged on my look

BE AWARE OF CARLAcame in to the store on the 27th December happily shopping with my 2 kids and husband.So ask CARLA staff member for some trial pots she said NO in a rude manner i said i was here yesterday bought loads of items and i wanted to try something new after i spent over £100. She said oh your here again why for the trial pots i said excuse me no I'm here for other items aswell she said I can't give you any even though we saw her giving them out to other customers and seen the pile in the cupboard we even confronted her which she did not like at all she just kept looking at us in a rude manner and rolling her eyes up for no reason just because I asked for trial pot the way she was acting towards us, we felt she was racist towards us because of the way she was being with us what over TRIAL POTS.I went to tell my husband about it and then CARLA follows me, then interfered in mine and my husbands private conversation I said do you mind I'm having a private conversation with my husband then she said no im calling security she threatens us by saying I'm definitely going to calling security to get you kicked out ???? We are confused as we didn't even do anything apart From ask for trial pots. We asked her why she said she doesn't like the look of us (Racist).I said say that again I took my phone out to try and record it but she walked away to call securityThen another colleague came up to calm the situation down as she said don't worry no ones calling security over trial pots so we said just keep her away from us as she kept comming up to us to start an argument even that colleague had to hold her back and tell her to go to the back and calm down .Then 5 minutes later whilst shopping security came up to us and escorted us out the shop over trial pots what are there staff sniffing in that store ? security how Pathetic I personally found this staff member to be discriminating against Asian. she managed to call security in that time and her husband? Over trial pot even though she was the one interfering in our private conversation she was seen by many other witnesses which where all shocked on the way me and my family where treated.ALL THIS CAN BE SEEN ON THE STORE CCTVThen CARLA tried to play victim, in all this with her manager and husband saying oh the customer was rude?? Never seen a staff member do this in my life and lie so much . I will never shop here again personally would BOYCOT this company for the way we was treated and all this on my 8 year old birthday and she had to go through this.Made a complaint all they said was this will be dealt with in store but how when the manager NATALIE was in on all the lies while she called security and waited but did not come over to try and see what the problem was which her staff created what kind of manger is this she definitely need training in customer service and management. People be aware of CARLA
