Absolutely fantastic service from this Kwik Fit location!
I took my car in for a free brake check last Saturday as I kept hearing a grinding noise when turning right. One of the kwik fit staff (apologies did not get his name) really went out of his way and took his time to identify the issue with the brakes. He took it on a road test, did in-depth checks for all the brakes and was very dedicated to finding the issue.
After spending 1.5 hours with my car, he discovered the issue - the people that installed my front brakes did a very poor job as there were multiple leaves packed in between the brake pad and backing plate, which was causing the noise!
After spending all this time with the car he did not even charge us a penny, what an incredible service. I would highly recommend Kwik Fit - Brierley Hill to anyone having issues with their car. The team was very friendly too.

To be perfectly honest it would be 0 ? from me. I rang them up at 8.30am on Saturday morning to see if they had my tyre size in stock & they said yes we have plenty & booked me in for 3pm, so l arrived bang on time to be told they had sold them all & had no more in stock but could get 1 in for Sunday morning even though l was very disappointed l accepted it & said l would have to have it done Sunday so they booked me in for 1pm. I gave them a quick ring at 12.30 just to make sure they had got it in to be told they had sold it to someone else & that l wasn't in there diary for 1pm. Absolutely a waste of time such a let down & l certainly would never use any kwik Fit garages ever again. No apology nothing disgraceful management.
