Excellent service by phil very quick resizing of a lovely silver ring my sister and brother in law bought me for my birthday. Phil was very helpful in helping me pick the right size for me and had It done in a day. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and will be looking at getting another ring resized there soon.

Starchy is the most positive word I can say for the receptionist at Stourbridge. Also I think you have to use Jedi skills to find the opening hours.

I recently took in my late Mom's wedding and engagement rings to be resized so that I can wear them myself. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the work and I wasn't disappointed. The service I received was second to none and John did an excellent job. He even polished them so that they look brand new again. Thank you so much ??

Brilliant service, my earrings were broken they'd been repaired in December but broke again 3 months later. I've held on to them trying to find the right person to fix them. we arrived and they were fixed in 15 minutes time 100% recommend

Called into K Bassam on the off chance that they did engraving - was delighted to hear that they did. Simon & his colleague were so helpful with my urgent request - not only that, they completed the engraving of a trinket box within 3 hours - amazing. I now know they are not only great Jewellers they are also great at engraving - thank you.

Appalled by poor service towards my mother last weekend. Having taken a watch for a quote to two other reputable jewellers in Stourbridge, Bassams quoted her £200 under the other quotes, and damaged the face of the watch whilst examining it. What?s more, they made no reference to the obvious damage they had just caused, clearly taking advantage of an elderly person and the shock that person experienced by their attitude.
Disappointing service and clear lack of care towards a member of the community.
Such a shame- this company used to be excellent.

Extremely happy with my Experience yesterday. I got a very special ring resized. I was a walk in, and was given a call and hour later saying it was ready! John was very confident, and even gave the ring a clean, making it look brand new!
I couldn't recommend the service enough, and thought it was well priced.

Valentines Day! It was also a special day for us as we were to announce our engagement!
Our sentimetal antique engagement ring required resizing and so we arranged with Tracy to have Graham the jeweller carry out work while we waited. Unfortunately the first adjustment proved insufficient and at no extra cost it was adjusted another size! The ring was also polished to perfection!
Tracy and Jason's expert and personal customer service made our day even more special!
