I had an experience this afternoon where I wanted to return a previous purchase, I was denied this request by a very patronising, obnoxious member off staff, he refused to give me my money back as the top I wanted to return ?smelt like smoke? at this time I was utterly confused as I live alone and I?m not a smoker, this top was also in the bag provided since the day I brought it. He also went on to accuse me of marking the top which is utterly impossible as I never even worn it the top actually never left the bag. I also got this top from the sale rail which would make sense for it to have stains on. Overall extremely disappointed with the interaction I received today. I understand there is policies staff have to follow but getting accused as a customer is outrageous.

I had a disappointing experience at JD Store. The staff did not provide proper attention or assistance when I needed help. I expected better customer service and hope the store can improve in this area.

Rude staff- ignored
Popped in this evening with my friend and asked for a shoe in a different size. The lad in the baseball cap scanned it said different size and his colleague went to look. I sat and waited. 5 Mins went past and I went to find the salesman I?d spoke to. He said they didn?t have it. No one came to tell me that! But they were all having a good laugh at work which was the main thing as customers weren?t getting in the way of a good time obviously. Shop somewhere else

The music is far too loud for customers to hear what staff are saying. Im sure it's not good for the staff to be exposed to music that loud for their whole shift.

Just leaving a review to say thank you to the Manager in store today, my son left his JD bag on a chair in merry hill and although it hasn?t been handed in sadly, the manager of the store was super helpful.

Told to 2 staff members to bring a required size shoe.
Just waiting and waiting no 1 is bringing the shoe it?s more than a hour now.

nicely laid out shop which makes shopping for what you want easier. The only way I think the store could Improve would be to have more stock of popular sizes.
Getting my size trainer was a mission as none available in all the trainers i picked but the floor staff did offer to order them for me and was apologetic..

This outlet at merryhill is a good option for all sports wear . Good range of choice and lot of brands available. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. The quality of the products is great and if you are there at the right time you might end up getting a great deal on certain products. Lot of other outlets here and please be prepared to sprul on the goodies.
