“Absolutely lovely shop. They literally couldn't be more helpful. A real personal touch, whilst being knowledgeable and informative. My bed is currently on order but the one in the shop was high quality and even had a swatch of colours to choose from. No it's not a cheap place to buy a bed but you get what you pay for and that's good quality that'll last for years. I shall be going back for a mattress and a headboard in the coming months.”

“Great store to pick up any craft related items, with a good range of products, and always decent quality. I like the fact that colleagues are clearly encouraged to display their work as there are many examples around the store.While most things are reasonably priced, you have to be quite savvy as some ranges are massively overpriced compared to local small independent retailers (modelling supplies like Woodland Scenics etc).Always lots of offers on, and if you join their club you quite regularly get money off vouchers sent via email.”

“We are from Sheffield and while visiting family in Dudley we called at Merryhill .My mother's battery operated wheelchair suddenly got a spare battery jammed underneath while opening . We could not open the wheelchair or close it and mum needed it to get around as she cannot not walk . I looked around and saw Halfords and wondered if they would help . We had no tools with us at all . After checking the store was manned a staff member came to our rescue . Could NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH and they should be praised for helping us . Not many would but we found the young men so polite and with a willingness that is rare these days . “Good store for pet items at reasonable prices. Definitely worth checking out of you have a pet at home. They also have more products available on line that you just can get in the shop.The cafe on the first floor is worth checking out too. Costs an arm and a leg, but as far as a cafe in these type of stores goes, its not half bad”

“I recently had two bathrooms designed, bought from and fitted by this branch of Wickes. My designer was Petra and my installer was Dean.All in the work cost us £10k, which included high quality tiles, tiling, two showers, replumbing of a bath and all other fixtures bar the radiators and lights being replaced.Petra only charged us one admin fee despite it technically being two projects, which saved us a lot of money.The work was completed over two weeks and it was completed to a very high standard. The builder even installed a few extra things for us for free such as fitting two extractor fans, putting up a mirror and installing surface mounted door stops.We're very, very happy with the results and we can't recommend Petra and Dean enough.”

Easily accessible in a wheelchair, lots of space but difficult to find a staff member on the floor if I can't reach anything and no other customers around.Great quality suits, my son bought 2, and they were better fit and quality than M&S, Moss Bross and Next, and half the price too.Homewear great, keenly priced. Ladies clothes a bit miss for me as I'm tall as the trousers and sleeves are too short on me.We always get bedding and towels from here as they wash great and last ages.Hard to find a disabled parking space sometimes, but it's a shared car park so not their fault.”
