I love this place but they ran out of my favourite product. If they could bring them back early before Father's Day that would be great.

The absence of sufficient staff at the till resulted in an excessively long waiting time. I spent nearly 30 minutes queuing due to the limited availability of one toll lane.

The shop has a vast selection of items that are well priced, which I can not fault. However, some shop floor staff can not be bothered to help. I enquired about storage boxes because they had clearly moved stock for Xmas. When I asked where they were, the person told me they were out of stock and they dont sell them anymore . Wandered in circles and found them in the laundry aisle. I thought I'd mention the lack of lustre at checkout, but the supervisor was tapping on their phone. Glad they don't work for me!

The store always have great bargains, good service and friendly staff. But just like Lidl and Aldi I hate the fact if you don't find what you want on a particular occasion or if you change your mind at anytime, that there's no easy or practical exit apart from through the long lines at the cashier. Am convinced that in cases of emergency all such store/business policies are disasters in waiting.

Like this shop especially the one at Brierley Hill. Wide Isles, lots of items, shelves always well stocked. Nice and clean. Nearly always find what you want.
