Shopped here today to get some bits to fix my santa costume, the lady stocking shelves was really helpful and helped me get everything I needed as I didn't have a clue. When paying the person behind the till asked me what I was making I told them and mentioned that I was very anxious about my upcoming performance and they were so nice, they told me they feel the same when preforming, but once you get started you will be fine. Just thought it was really kind of them to try and calm me down. Also your green nails were great and you looked amazing.

Really pleased I went to hobby craft today! Kyle was so so helpful with all things crochet! As a beginner- currently three hours into learning- he told me the very basics to get off to a proper start!I hope he sees this! I appreciated his time and knowledge

I needed a few things for the training room at work. £10 should have covered it. I walked out of hobbycraft nearly 60 quid worse off. ?????????.

Aisles are small, struggled taking my pushchair around there without knocking stuff over.

Great store to pick up any craft related items, with a good range of products, and always decent quality. I like the fact that colleagues are clearly encouraged to display their work as there are many examples around the store. While most things are reasonably priced, you have to be quite savvy as some ranges are massively overpriced compared to local small independent retailers (modelling supplies like Woodland Scenics etc).Always lots of offers on, and if you join their club you quite regularly get money off vouchers sent via email.

They seem to have a lot but not everything. Second time this year I've been to a Hobbycraft and they haven't had what I wanted and had to source them elsewhere. Also.....the pricing. How do they sell anything? I understand it's a store but really? It's so expensive. That said if you need something there and then it's the place to go.

Stores like Homesense and B&M have a better selection of products and they are a lot cheaper. This Hobbycraft has a pretty poor selection, what they had got was overpriced and staff seem utterly clueless about the products.
