Picked up a breakfast egg muffin using a free voucher I got from work. It wasn?t the best tbh but the service was really good.
I?ve had better snacks at Greggs, like the Steak Bake. Overall, Greggs a good place to eat if you?re on the go!

Went into this store, person who served us had a face on her . If you don't like your job .. go else where... always come to merry hill . I will miss this greggs again .

Congratulations to Greggs for perfecting the art of making what is essentially fast food slower than ever. The poor staff now have to contend with all sorts of ridiculous options causing mile long queues, and while getting it in the ear from frustrated and hungry people. Business ideas from moron head office bigwigs that reckon everything takes a few seconds to make.
Other than that the resturant is clean and the staff are doing their best.

Place was very dirty, floor littered with rubbish, tables were dirty and not cleaned, I ask for something to clean my table so I could sit down and eat, was told someone would be over to clean it, 15 minutes later still waiting so I left, appreciate the staff behind the counter are extremely busy so it would be a good idea if they employed someone to clean tables and floors!!!!

Popped in today and only one person was being served has I walked in. A gentleman in front of me walked up to be served and stood at the counter so I walked up behind him and waited. After about three minutes, two others came in and stood to the right of us all. There was only one person serving, suddenly she shouted " the queue is over here not there" I found the lady rude and quite abrasive to the point I just walked out.

Went into the store by Nike shop was served by a nice young lady as soon as I got my latte I went over to put sugar in before I left, behind me not saying anything just looking at me like I was thick or something, was an older lady holding somthing could of been a rubbish bag to refill I just said I just need to put my sugar in and she looked at me and told me to hurry up not sorry but can I quickly do this please or carry on I can do this after would of literally took me seconds to put a couple sachets in and stir. I just stopped looked at her grabbed my drink and said forget it I'm leaving telling my friend she just told me to hurry up in a rude way! Sorry but to tell a customer to hurry up is rude I work in retail and if I spoke to a customer like that my manager would not be impressed. Customers shouldn't feel rushed at all there's a way to speak to people she was old enough to know basic manners. I was going to complain but only saw 2 staff on at the front 1 of them been the lady that I wanted to complain about other lady was serving so didn't want to cause a fuss

The staff are erratic. Ordered a breakfast meal deal and they forgot to bring me a coffee. A few minutes passed and the staff were totally oblivious. I attracted the attention of the staff and it was like talking to a brick wall.
