Awful customer service!! 3 girls behind till extremely rude, too busy chatting personal life amongst each other than being bothered with their job. God knows why staff wear 'happy to help' tshirts ? biggest joke ever!! Horrible, rude and inexperienced staff throughout the shop that treat you like a piece of crap. All need sacking.
Went JD instead to spend my money as at least get friendly smile in there.

They left the tag on my clothes. Something beeped when i left the shop, i looked back and the staff just smiled and allowed me to carry on with my day. I got home and noticed the tag. This was so annoying to find time to go all the way back to get it removed. When i went back yesterday i asked the manager who served me and i asked if it can be fed back to her. The manager?s response was everyone makes mistakes. My response was yes everyone makes mistakes but you still need to feedback because she maybe unware theres tags on socks. She replied i will do with a whole heep of attitude. That women is too rude to be working in retail

The staff so need re-training. I went up to an assistant today, said excuse me (being polite) he turned and said ?what? I asked for a particular trainer and he pointed to the shelf and said ?if it?s not there we don?t have it?. In the end I went to footlocker purely because the assistant there was friendly and made the effort to have a conversation. Footasylum you so need to train your staff and customer service team correctly. It goes a long way
