Very unhappy with customer service at the merry hill store , my mother got me some earrings for Christmas and asked the sales assistant if she could return them if i did not like them, she was told she could if she took out an extra insurance, the earrings where not my style so we went to return them , where the manager told us his staff would never say that and we could not return them essentially calling my mom a liar and it took about 10 minutes of back and forth before he said we could return them for a fee. Witch i didn?t mind it was only £8 but the way me and my mom where treated was extremely unprofessional and i will never be returning
