“Fabulous experience at Vision Express at Merry Hill, Dudley. All the staff were amazing. We felt looked after and the service was impeccable. This was mainly from Nish, who helped my Dad and I choose glasses. He was extremely helpful, friendly and gave us expert advice, without over selling us additions (like some opticians do). A generally lovely person too! Great service.”

“Lovely friendly staff. Went in with my mom on Saturday as she needed her left eye checking as it had gone extremely bloodshot. We had been to three other opticians that were unable to check her out due to it being a Saturday.The boots opticians in Merry Hill sat us down immediately to review. We were sat down with a lovely friendly man who went through all her symptoms no appointment required (sorry didn't catch his name but he has a long beard and a few tattoos). He put my mom at ease and managed to confirm that it was mostly dry eyes but provided her with an appointment for the next day. Credit to the store for the team who helped sort this issue out immediately. Thanks again for all the help.”

“Although not a patient here, optician saw me at short notice as I had been having an issue with my right eye for around 10 days. My own optician couldn't see me for several days and another optician had mis-diagnosed my condition following me sending them photographs followed by a telephone consultation. The optician at Boots (Aman Bains) was simply excellent. She thoroughly examined the eye, diagnosed the issue and carried out a small procedure there and then. This was followed by a further appointment 2 days later to ensure all was well with my eye, which thankfully it was. Brilliant service, very much appreciated.”
