Very efficient service (as usual) from Euro Car Parts.
Reserved on line, paid when I go there. Short and sweet service from the assistant. :-)
I have never had an issue with ordering and collecting stuff from here. Sometimes I have delivery if I'm not going that way. This time it wasn't even a car part - but a pressure washer, which I was using within an hour of collection.
Having just this morning had a terrible experience with 'Tesco Marketplace' - i.e. non delivery of an item which I ended up chasing and cancelling, sometimes you forget how we take for granted great and quick service.

Very good Service. I reached there by 5:57 PM, the closing time was 6 PM. They were about to close. I wanted to buy Rubber Bushes and Headlight Bulbs, the former was not available and they kept the order for me and told me to collect on the very next day morning. Thank you for spending extra time for me for ordering the parts of Nissan Micra. Truely Professional, 5 star for the service and promptness.

Always a que no urgency in any members of staff, They just ignore the que no matter how long it is , Needs looking ? into for sure, Never had to wait at another local well known car spares outlet, I now go there more than here now and the prices and choice and the staff in general are much better and caring

Called in to collect some glass cleaner I ordered online while I was there I needed some stop/tail light bulbs for my sons car
I took the rear light & bulb with me to be told by a female member of staff they don?t do this particular bulb
I went to another independent car spares shop & straight away they had the correct one.
After checking they are available so I suggest you give your staff more training as I won?t be using you again

Great service from Collin today l bought front and rear discs and pads which were very heavy and Collin pushed the trolley to the car even helped to put them in the vehicle,He gave sound advice the guy knows his job .excellent service thanks for the help.???

Why keep apologising to the people leaving the bad reviews & actually DO something about it. It's not hard... Put some more staff on. I'm waiting in the queue right now, it's an absolute joke!!

Always terrible service at this branch, it?s never quick to pick up an order. As others have mentioned the one colleague that usually mans the desk has no sense of urgency or priorities- will let a big queue build up without calling for assistance and will walk off into the back after sorting a customer to file her paperwork/returns etc without any care for whoever might be standing waiting. Clearly the leadership haven?t seen all the negative reviews and had a talk with her!!

I came here today for car service kit but lady at the counter was so so rude cant tell ya and refer me to another colleague i dont know names because they dont have any name tags but the girl with glasses was sweet but another one was so rude.

This store is undoubtedly one of the worst I?ve ever visited. The female staff member at the till seemed to completely lack basic courtesy and customer service skills. I purchased a set of spanners and, upon realizing it was the wrong one, requested an exchange. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she responded with visible frustration, huffing and puffing, all while failing to efficiently serve the long line of customers stretching to the door.
If dealing with the public is such a challenge, perhaps a role stocking shelves in the back would be more suitable.
