After a little difficulty finding Eric Oz Goldsmiths (phoned and was stood right outside) I was greeted by Eric who I immediately warmed too, he was professional and very personable. Using laser he was able to repair a bracelet while I waited which I had previously had (unsuccessfully) mended elsewhere and also kindly reshaped a yellow gold ring. I have already recommended Eric to other people and would be happy to return if I have jewellery in need of repair. Thankyou Eric

Went to Eric to get my bracelet and ring fixed after seeing all of his good reviews! Even though he was super busy, he fit me in on the same day and had the jewellery fixed there and then whilst I waited. Thanks so much Eric, will definitely be back if I need any jewellery fixing in the future :)

The setting on my Citrine ring needed adapting with four new claws to hold the stone safely in place . Took it in to Eric this morning, we discussed the work and I left it with him . Two hours later I had a phone call to say it was ready for collection. What great service ! I collected my ring and am delighted with it . Lovely man , great work and a fair price. Look no further if you need anything doing on your jewellery, I can positively recommend him and will be going back next week with a bracelet I need fixing . Thanks Eric.

Eric - what a top man.
I needed an engagement ring repaired - claws holding the stone had broken off - called Eric 6pm, next morning dropped the ring off, it was done by midday!
At a very fair price too.
