One of the worst lenders out there. They initially refused to honour the rate after we paid the application fee and submitted the documents before the deadline. The broker intervened. They pretend to consider our application and ask the same questions that have been answered repeatedly. They want us to go away without refunding the application fee.If they are not prepared to honour the rate, at least refund the application fee and give an apology. Not waste every party's time.They have breached the Consumer Duty set out by the FCA.
