I had an appointment to sort an ISA out. I was welcomed with a smile by one of the cashiers; I was then seen on time by a pleasant member of staff Sue and all was sorted and with a much better interest rate than most suppliers.

I requested a cash pick up seven working days in advance but when the day arrived I was rudely turned away. The lady that dealt with it was not there on the day and i was made to feel like a liar even though it was their fault. And the rude women who dealt with me, unbelievable.
