Just been in and bought a mattress on sale. We were served by Chris who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, was patient with us and showed us everything we asked about. He was not pushy and was brilliant with our 7 month old while we were trying the mattresses. I would highly recommend this store and Chris in particular.

I can say Andy was a brilliant salesperson and made me feel relaxed gave me good information. He was professional through out my visit. Asked if l wanted to be assessed on the in store machine which I said yes. And now waiting for my lovely mattress to arrive. Thank you Andy you?re a star to your company.

Received great service from Andy at Brierley Hill when ordering my new bed frame and choosing a new mattress. Had the opportunity to try out various mattresses with no pressure to choose the more expensive ones. Everything relating to my order was explained in full and I'm now awaiting delivery and assembly.

what a fabulous experience. We were due to have a mattress delivered by another supplier who on the day of delivery revised our delivery date by another week. This was no use to us as we had a bed frame, no mattress and no where else for my daughter to sleep. I rang my local Dreams store who said they had some mattresses available in stock. We drove down, the guy was so helpful, found us the perfect mattress and complimentary pillows and mattress protector, all for almost half the price of the original mattress from the other supplier. We promptly took the mattress and extras away with us there and then, what fabulous service by this guy, well done. I would highly recommend this store.

Brandon was great! He made the whole process of buying our first ever mattress so easy! My partner and I couldn?t praise him enough. He was great and I would recommend anyone to go and buy a bed of him! Haha 5 stars all around!

I am very pleased with my purchases from dreams today, very good value for money. Sales assistant Ellie was very patient and helpful. I received some free pillows with my purchase and I had some heavily discounted ex-display mattreses. I also purchased a beautiful bed which was superb quality and a lovely colour shade. Customer service was exemplary.

Me and my stunning amazing perfect girlfriend came to dreams this Saturday and it really made all my dreams come true! Brandon was incredible and even whipped out a pillow for me to try each and every bed! I had the best time ever and my girlfriend will take me back for my birthday cannot wait. My mattress will arrive soon so I cannot wait to get good use of it ? Thanks guys!
