Wish I could give zero, if you?re after customer service you won?t get any, most of the staff look like they came in still drunk from the night before. Avoid!!!!! Even if you have to pay more somewhere else? AVOID

Came in today to purchase a sofa for our new home. We encountered the wonderful Jen who helped us decide on colour and extras we wanted. Not once did we feel pressured, she was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable! Made the process SO easy and a stress free, enjoyable experience! We went with the Orlby set which was very comfortable and reasonably priced! Just wanted to sing the praises of Jen really an absolute asset to your company and we cannot thank her enough?

Went to Dfs 13th Dec met by a lovely young guy went out of his way to help even offered us drinks can't recall his name talked us through everything he's an asset to the company knows his job inside out well done and thankyou very much

Horrible customer service experience. We were mid way through purchasing a sofa when there was an issue in the payment process after we left the store, before we could discuss another payment option, they?d already sold the sofa without notice. After days of calling back and forth we with customer services, they told us to go back to the store at a specific time to have a look at some similar sofas at the same price. When we returned to the store we encountered a painfully difficult shop assistant who told us it would take ?at least an hour? to prepare the sofas to view. He dismissed the situation and said there?s nothing he can do. If you?re planning on actually buying a sofa, do not shop here.

Jennie who dealt with our order was friendly, helpful and efficient. She answered all our questions but left us to make our decisions without any pressure. Old fashioned customer service at it's best. Highly recommended

DFS what a joke, stay away from the sales person, MATT a young lad has no manner he though it was ok to have a go at my son for slightly opening a door, then blamed him for using the toilet..when I reported him ,he started to argue with me in the show room.?

I ordered a sofa and paid around an extra £500 for 100% real leather option including back and sides, total over £3200Received sofa with with pu coating on back and sides, homeserve confirmed its faux leather as did 2 of DFS's own repair men attending to fix a fault.Ive been trying to get it replaced for a year now and had 3 different managers out to my home, first one lewis lied and said it was real leather, second one came out and agreed it was faux but that wasn't good enough, they had to escalate it and send out a different senior manager called samina who really didn't know a thing about leather.She took batch number off sofa and a month later came back to say she asked the suppliers if the batch number matched up to a real leather sofa and they said yes so theres nothing more they will do its real leather.Im now having to pay an independent upholsterer to inspect it and write a report to take to trading standards and a small claims court unless dfs suddenly change their mind.Pics attached of peeling pu coating and the grain pattern in the coating on a peeled piece, the sofa is also apparently fire resistant but i burned a piece of the peeled plastic and trust me its not fire resistant, it burns real fast snd melts.See video of this so called fire resistant leather burning instantly

I was effectively discouraged to buy a sofa here after encounter with a middle aged bold customer service man who was talking down to me. I know a few things about sofas and it was worst mansplaining experience ever. You can (and should, as you are customer service) explain things and be kind. I did not come to attack you with my questions. Oh well, I guess my monies will go to a different seller.

Encountered a very rude lady middle age blonde hair at customer services today. Came with my toddler. My toddler climbed one of the sofa, however her tone and way of communication just put us off. Yes toddlers do these kind of stuff however this is not how you tell your customers off. DFS needs to re-train or at least train their staff in how to deal with customers that come with children. If there was a zero I?d not even give that
