Encountered a very rude lady middle age blonde hair at customer services today. Came with my toddler. My toddler climbed one of the sofa, however her tone and way of communication just put us off. Yes toddlers do these kind of stuff however this is not how you tell your customers off. DFS needs to re-train or at least train their staff in how to deal with customers that come with children. Based on my own experience, from sale/place of order on Aug 21st to delivery on Sept 28th, the whole experience was faultless.Great comms, great product, I have zero reasons to be critical.

Not impressed with furniture, bought real leathet sofas not cheap and had technition out 4 times in 2 years been stuffed with so many bits of foam highly uncomfotable being disabled it actually hurts me to use it had to buy a rise recline chair fron elsewhere

Worse service I have ever experienced. Bought a sofa set from here and when it got delivered it was all damaged and was not repairable. Still in a process to return it back. I wish I could give negative stares.

£800 for a 2 seater sofa, £100 of that for a 5 minute delivery. Sofa delivered is the wrong colour, from what had been ordered. After sales / customer services terrible. Being made to feel as if it?s my fault they messed up, despite fully proving they?re in the wrong. Never again DFS

This is only the second bad review I have Eva had to post.Altho the store manager told me he wouldn?t be happy with the sofa I received in his own home I get a call to say it?s within there tolerances which are 10%.And there?s nothing else I can do.I?m stuck with a 4k sofa that looks worse than the one I gave away.?

I advise not to buy from dfs, yes staff might be friendly but apart from that when it comes to getting repairs and to fix faults it becomes a whole new ball game... rude staff at the call centre and all they keep sayin, we can only chase.. you can't speak to a manager. They have no clue on the time frame it takes for them to resolve this. So you could be waiting for ever. Ask to speak to management, all we get in response is 72 hours. If you want to throw your money away ignore my post. Please do you research before you buy, as I'm not the only one in this situation.
